Leanne Mohamad is an Independent Parliamentary Candidate for Ilford North. She competed against Labour Shadow Health Secretary Wes Streeting in the 2024 General Election. Unfortunately, she lost the election with a narrow margin of just 528 votes securing 32.2%. He won the East London seat but compared to his 2019 elections it is a significant drop in his supporters. Leanne secured second place in East London elections and pushed Conservative party candidate Kaz Rizvi to third place.
