Suriya and Vetrimaaran have joined hands for the first time in a sports action drama titled “Vaadivaasal“. Reports have been speculated that the film was dropped due to date issues for both actor and director. According to the producer of Vaadivaasal, the film is in pre-production work and will go on floors in 2025. Meanwhile, director Mysskin gives hope to fans that the film is still ON, and director Vetrimaaran shared the script with him.
He said, “Vetrimaaran is my friend, and when I asked about this film, He narrated the script to me from the novel. This film is going to be the next great creation of Indian cinema. Suriya is an extraordinary actor. After this film, He’ll become a Legend”
Suriya has wrapped his mega-budget film Kanguva and is all set to play the role of Mahavir Karna in a Bollywood film. Vetrimaaran is in the final leg of the Viduthalai Part 2 shoot, which features Soori, Vijay Sethupathi, and Manju Warrier in the lead roles.
