Geromic George is a 2015 batch IAS officer who took charge as District Collector in Thiruvananthapuram. Earlier, he served as the assistant collector in Kannur and Sub Collector in Ottapalam. He studied in Delhi and is an alumnus of St.Stephen’s College and Jawaharlal Nehru University. Currently, he inaugurated the Miyawaki Afforestation Project to increase the city’s biodiversity and restore the lost greenery.
