Shafaq Naaz is a Hindi television actress, supermodel, and Kathak dancer primarily known for her role as Kunti in the Mahabharat soap opera. She debuted with the 2010 Star Plus soap drama Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai and got her breakthrough by portraying Karuna Saxena in the 2012 Sony TV series Shubh Vivah. After appearing in several TV serials such as Gumrah, Madventures, Chidiya Ghar, Laal Ishq, and Devi Adi Parashakti, she finally made her film debut with the 2017 comedy film Guest in London directed by Ashwni Dhir. Her photos and a short clip of print shoots wearing Blue Banarasi Brocade Kurti became a social media buzz.
