Samuthirakani is an Indian actor and film director primarily working in the Tamil film industry. He played several supporting roles across the Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu film industries while playing lead roles in selective projects. He began his career as an assistant director and made his directorial debut with the 2003 film Unnai Charanadaindhen. Vada Chennai, RRR, Siren, Don, and Namma Veettu Pillai are some much-acclaimed films of Samuthirakani. Besides Tamil, he also appeared in Telugu and Malayalam films.

Radha Ravi is an Indian actor predominantly known for his appearance in the Tamil film industry. He became famous for his antagonist roles and made his acting debut with the 1976 Tamil film Manmadha Leelai. He also worked in the Tamil serials like Thiruvilayadal, Chellamay, and Ranga Vilas. Besides Tamil, he also appeared in Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada films. Radha Ravi became an iconic villain after his blockbuster film with director Ramanarayanan’s Uyirullavarai Usha, co-starring T. Rajender. Besides acting, he has produced films such as Thai Maasam Poo Vasam, Idhu Namma Bhoomi, Chinnamuthu, Ilaignar Ani, and Ruthrathandavam.

Radha Ravi faced accusations at the Dubbing Union for falsely claiming a Datukship conferred by the Malacca Government, which was later confirmed to be untrue.
He has served as the long-standing president of the Tamil Nadu Dubbing Association, and a building was named after him as the Dato Radha Ravi Complex.
Over the years, he became one of Tamil cinema’s most iconic actors, by doing films like Vaidegi Kaathirunthal, Chinna Thambi, Uyarntha Ullam, Uzhaipalli, Poo Veli, and Guru Sishyan.
Radha Ravi was the leader of Chennai Lions Club and the former secretary of the South Indian Artistes Association before he was replaced by Vijayakanth due to allegations of mismanagement.
In 2018, singer Chinmayi accused him of s*xual harassment and inappropriate behaviour during the Tamil film industry’s #MeToo movement, though no formal complaint was filed.
Radha Ravi has acted in over 250 films across all South Indian languages.
Despite his significant presence in the entertainment industry, Radha Ravi is not active on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
He began his acting career in the ninth grade by playing in the theatre plays of Julius Caesar. His friends Jailani and Rafee later helped him to obtain a career in acting by pushing him to, perform in renowned troupes like V. K. Ramasamy’s, M. R. R. Vasu’s, T. K. Chandran’s, and UAA’s.
In 1980, he founded his own group, Nadikavel Theatres.
In 2006, Radha Ravi was appointed General Secretary when his brother-in-law R Sarathkumar became president of the South Indian Artistes Association. However, in 2015, both were defeated in a historic election by Vishal and Nassar.

Nayanthara is an Indian actress and model who is best known for her movies in Tamil cinema. Besides Tamil, she has also appeared in Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada language films. She made her acting debut with the 2003 Malayalam flick Manassinakkare and her Tamil debut is Ayya, in 2006, she entered the Telugu film industry with the film Lakshmi. Nayanthara was known by her childhood name, Diana Mariam Kurian.
Her father, Kurian Kodiyattu, served as an Indian Air Force official. Due to his transfers, Nayanthara attended school in various locations across North India, including Jamnagar, Gujarat, and Delhi.
Nayanthara and director Vignesh Shivan have been in a long-term relationship and got married on June 9, 2022, surrounded by family and friends.
Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara announced their children’s names, Uyir Rudro Neel N Shivan and Ulag Daiwik N Shivan, on their social media page, much to the joy of fans; the post garnered over 3 million likes in just 3 hours.

Nayanthara and Prabhu Deva Controversy

In 2008, she began a relationship with actor-director Prabhu Deva, getting his name tattooed on her wrist and making public appearances while keeping the relationship private. In 2010, Prabhu Deva’s wife, Latha, filed a petition in family court to prevent him from living with Nayanthara and sought a reunion. Nayanthara confirmed the end of her relationship with Prabhu Deva in 2012.

Seeman is a prominent Indian filmmaker and actor in Tamil cinema. He is also a politician and the leader of the Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) party, which idealises Tamil nationalism. Seeman is a strong supporter of the Sri Lankan Tamil people and admirer of Velupillai Prabhakaran the leader Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE). In the 2014 parliamentary elections, Seeman campaigned against political parties like the DMDK, Congress, and BJP, which resulted in defeats of those parties in Tamil Nadu, except the BJP winning a single seat in Kanniyakumari.

In the Tamil Nadu State Assembly election 2021, NTK candidates scored more than 5% of votes in 159 constituencies. It secured the third position in several constituencies across the state.
His wife is the daughter of K. Kalimuthu (former Speaker of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from the AIADMK party).
The couple was blessed with a baby boy on 11 January 2019.
On 13 May 2021, Seeman’s father Senthamizhan died due to health issues.
He took up film direction as a career in his initial stage after being inspired by the films of his mentor, Bharathi Raja, and Manivannan. Seeman started his career by directing Panchalankurichi, a village action film starring Prabhu and Madhubala.
In 2006, he came back with a successful film Thambi with actor Madhavan.
Seeman turned actor with the film Pori where he played the role of a Malaysian Businessman.

Controversy

In September 2023, former actress and anchor Vijayalakshmi filed a case against Seeman, accusing him of r*pe and extortion. However, Vijayalakshmi submitted a letter to withdraw the case on September 16, 2023, after several police investigations.

Political Journey

Seeman’s political journey began as the chief coordinator of Naam Thamizhar Iyakkam which later reformed as Naam Tamilar Katchi in 2010. Tamil Nadu government imprisoned him several times for expressing his support to LTTE and telling Prabhakaran was the leader of all Tamilians. He is a strong believer of Prabhakaran’s ideology, and for that, he has been arrested numerous times under the National Security Act.

Ramya Krishnan is an Indian actress who became famous for her role as Neelambari in Padayappa movie. Her portrayal of Rajamatha Sivagami Devi in Rajamouli’s Baahubali movies brought her international fame. Besides Tamil and Telugu films she has also appeared in Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada films.
