N Anand best known by the name Bussy Anand is a politician and the general secretary of Thalapathy Vijay’s Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam party. He is a big admirer of Thalapathy Vijay and was the honorary president of the Puducherry State Vijay fan club association but later he became the president.
