Arvind Gupta is an Indian toy maker, science educator, author, and translator who was honoured with the Padma Shri award, one of India’s highest civilian awards, in 2018. He is best known for his work in promoting science education at the basic level, particularly through the Hoshangabad Science Teaching Program in the tribal district of Hoshangabad, Madhya Pradesh. In this program, Gupta created numerous low-cost science teaching aids using locally available materials.
Gupta has authored 15 books on science activities and translated 140 works into Hindi. He has also presented 12 science-related films that aired on India’s National Television channel, Doordarshan.

This series is directed by Hwang Dong-Hyuk, with Lee Jae playing the lead role. The story mainly revolves around a group of people who play the deadly children’s game. After the blockbuster hit of the Squid Game, the second part continues from its end.

On November 27, 2024, the official trailer for the series dropped on YouTube, quickly garnering an overwhelming response from both the audience and fans. The new footage revealed Lee Jung Jae’s intense return to the deadly game, as he strives to put an end to them once and for all.
The Squid Game Season 2 special teaser was released online and received a humongous response from the audience. The 59-second video shows our protagonist is recruited again to the game by the villain himself and he wakes up with other contestants by wearing the role number 456.
The makers dropped a new teaser for Season 2, confirming the release date as December 26, 2024. They also confirmed that the final season will be released in 2025. The fifty-six-second clip shows some professional athletes running in the tracks while they are overtaken by the players. The screen slowly zooms out and shows the game master with his goons standing on the podium.
On October 1, 2024, the maker unveiled a promotional video titled You’re Invited which created huge anticipation among the binge-watchers. In this promo, the salesman Gong Yoo returned to the subway to invite the players to the deadly arena.
