N Anand best known by the name Bussy Anand is a politician and the general secretary of Thalapathy Vijay’s Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam party. He is a big admirer of Thalapathy Vijay and was the honorary president of the Puducherry State Vijay fan club association but later he became the president. Anand got the nickname Bussy by representing the constituency in the 2006 Puducherry legislative assembly election and won.
