Actor Jiiva who gave an amazing performance as Jagan Mohan Reddy in Yatra 2 movie is met with an accident near Chinnasalem, Kallakurichi. On September 11, 2024, Jiiva and his wife Supriya were travelling from Chennai to Salem by car, unfortunately, their vehicle collided with the barricade and had an accident while trying to avoid a two-wheeler that suddenly appeared in their path. The actor and his wife sustained minor injuries and their car was seized by Chinnasalem police for investigation. Meanwhile, Jiiva arranged another car and went to Salem with his wife.
