Charlie exposes the deadly actions of Sterling Frost Jr., a casino heir with a dark secret. His death leads to even more danger when his father, Sterling Frost Sr., vows revenge. Charlie is now a marked woman.
Frost Sr. sends his fixer, Cliff LeGrand, to track her down. But Cliff grows tired of the hunt. Instead of continuing the chase, he makes a deal with Beatrix Hasp, a ruthless mob boss. Together, they plan to frame Charlie for the murder of Frost Sr.
Charlie, however, isn’t so easy to catch. She uses her sharp instincts to turn the tables. She trades key evidence for her freedom and disappears before Cliff can stop her.
In the final moments, Charlie shares a brief, emotional reunion with her estranged sister, Emily. It offers a glimpse of the life she could’ve had. But peace is short-lived. Beatrix Hasp makes Charlie an offer she can’t ignore: work for the mob or face severe consequences.
The season ends with Charlie once again on the run. The stakes are higher, and it’s clear that her role in this dangerous game is just beginning.
