Makkamishi is the first single (a peppy number) from Brother movie, which features Jayam Ravi and Priyanka Arul Mohan in the lead role. Composed by Harris Jayaraj, the film was directed by M Rajesh of OK OK fame. Earlier, the Brother team decided to release the full album on audio launch directly but after the huge response to the promo videos, they decided to release the songs individually. Makkamishi song is now streaming online on all audio streaming platforms like YouTube Music, Spotify, JioSaavan, Wynk, Gaana, and more.

According to sources, Brother will be released on 22nd August. The audio streaming rights were bagged by Think Music.
